The McMaster University Baccalaureate Nursing Programs (Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program: Basic, Accelerated and Post Diploma RPN Stream) are approved by the College of Nurses of Ontario ( Current graduates from these programs are eligible to apply for registration as a Registered Nurse in Ontario.

One degree: Three ways to get there

    Basic Stream

    4 Year Stream

    The Basic (A) Stream is a four-year integrated program of study designed for students who have not completed any other nursing education. This stream is offered at the McMaster, Mohawk, and Conestoga sites.

    Accelerated Stream

    The Accelerated (F) Stream consists of five consecutive terms of study and is designed for students coming from a university science program of study. This stream is offered at the McMaster site. 

    Post-RPN Stream

    3-Year Stream
    The Post RPN (E) Stream is a three-year integrated program of study for students who have earned a Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) diploma. This stream is offered at the Mohawk and Conestoga sites.
