Jillian Halladay, a graduate of the School of Nursing, has published an article in the journal Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Mental Health.
The article, entitled “The CAMP study: feasibility and clinical correlates of standardized assessments of substance use in a youth psychiatric inpatient sample” is based on her project CAMP, which stands for The Cannabis, Alcohol, Mental Health, and Patterns of Service Use. This was a pilot study to determine the feasibility and acceptability of collecting and integrating substance use, mental health, and hospitalization data among youth admitted to an inpatient psychiatric unit. It was funded by Hamilton Health Sciences New Investigator Fund.
Halladay graduated from the McMaster University BScN program in 2015 and is currently doing her PhD in Health Research Methodology at McMaster University.
Congratulations, Jillian!
