EMBOLDEN team launches its first co-design event in Hamilton

A research team wants to help older adults overcome health barriers through improved nutrition, physical activity and social connections in key Hamilton neighbourhoods. The team includes faculty members from the School of Nursing: Rebecca Ganann, Maureen Markle-Reid, professor emerita Ruta Valaitis, Kathryn Fisher and Diana Sherifali, in addition to interdisciplinary colleagues. The project, EMBOLDEN, is a Labarge-funded research initiative.
