Charlotte Noesgaard

Bio

Charlotte Noesgaard joined McMaster University in 1989 and the majority of her focus in the School of Nursing has been in undergraduate education with some engagement with graduate students. In her role as a Teaching Professor, she was recognized for educational expertise in pedagogy, evaluation, reflection and professional practice teaching. Within the Faculty of Health Science, Charlotte was associated with the Program for Faculty Development as a Director of the Mentorship Program, that facilitates faculty to become effective educators.  Within the larger community of health care, she has been President of RNAO and Chair of Grand River Hospital  Board. Charlotte shared the Director position for the Nursing Education Research Unit in the School of Nursing.
